font-size: 12pt\">Promoting proper facility conduct and enforcing safety guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring the Fitness Center is clean, safe, and fully operational</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with equipment maintenance and reporting any problems to the supervisor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Encouraging member involvement and program renewal</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attending staff meetings and contributing to special fitness events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responding appropriately to emergencies and following all safety procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">First Aid/CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and exercise techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with standard fitness equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical ability to demonstrate equipment use and proper exercise form</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clear communication skills: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
