    "requisitionDescription": "<p>The Shaw JCC is a large community center located in <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"//Akron.It\">Akron.</a> It is home to the award winning Mandel ECE for early childhood education.&nbsp;</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for <strong data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"306\" data-pasted=\"true\">nurturing, creative full-time Infant Float Teachers</strong> who have a genuine love for little ones and a passion for supporting early development through thoughtful, age-appropriate experiences. As an Infant Float, you&rsquo;ll support our youngest learners across classrooms, creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants and young toddlers.
