The individual working this position is responsible for inspecting and grading tires before they go through to the final grade. This role ensures that tires meet quality standards by identifying defects and determining whether they are good used tires. We train our graders to understand and identify how to grade used tires in regard to the tire life. This individual will also sort different grades of tires and track each grade for inventory purposes.
