    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This position will assist the Casino Manager and Shift Managers to secure consistent gaming action. Responsibilities will be to promote Lucky Lady Casino on and off property, increase Lucky Lady’s player base as well as participating in all Poker games designated to promote.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. Employees may be required to perform other related job duties.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The company reserves the right to amend and/or add to all responsibilities and requirements in this job description or any other document. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for gaming growth of the game(s) hired to support. </li>\n <li>Responsible for charting growth of new player base and maintaining close contact. </li>\n <li>Provide recommendations as to how to stimulate and increase business.</li>\n <li>Host promotional events and assist in the coordination of such events.</li>\n <li>Financially support all games that you will be directly responsible for overseeing.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional appearance at all times.</li>\n <li>Be alert at all times to any unusual or suspicious activity that may occur.</li>\n <li>Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Never indicate that a tip “toke” or gratuity is expected for service.</li>\n <li>Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their essential duties.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to communicate by telephone and in person in clear English in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner with guests, co-workers, and all other persons.</li>\n <li>2+ years in a Poker Host role or similar relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older. HS Diploma or its equivalent is required. AA or BA/BS is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work any shift.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gardena City Work permit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fast paced, 24 Hour work environment</p>",
