We have broad engineering remits, affording opportunities&nbsp;to&nbsp;explore&nbsp;innovative&nbsp;hardware,&nbsp;software,&nbsp;and&nbsp;emerging&nbsp;tooling.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><b><u>Basic&nbsp;Qualifications</u></b></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Bachelor's&nbsp;in&nbsp;Computer&nbsp;Science,&nbsp;Engineering,&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;field.</li>\n  <li>CCNP&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;accreditation&nbsp;with&nbsp;deep&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;infrastructure delivery,&nbsp;including&nbsp;BGP,&nbsp;multicast&nbsp;routing,&nbsp;switching,&nbsp;and&nbsp;network&nbsp;design&nbsp;at&nbsp;scale.</li>\n  <li>Demonstrated&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;lead&nbsp;complex,&nbsp;cross-functional&nbsp;technical&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;from design through production delivery.</li>\n  <li>Strong&nbsp;communication&nbsp;and&nbsp;analytical&nbsp;problem-solving&nbsp;skills&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to influence at senior levels.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b><u>Preferred&nbsp;Qualifications</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+&nbsp;years&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;mission-critical,&nbsp;latency-sensitive&nbsp;production&nbsp;environments.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience with colocation connectivity, cross-connect provisioning, carrier&nbsp;diversity,&nbsp;and&nbsp;exchange/venue&nbsp;connectivity&nbsp;models&nbsp;across&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;regions.</li>\n <li>Proven&nbsp;track&nbsp;record&nbsp;with&nbsp;production&nbsp;change&nbsp;management&nbsp;practices&nbsp;and&nbsp;strong knowledge of SDLC.</li>\n <li>Advanced scripting (bash/python) and configuration management (Ansible, Salt) experience&nbsp;building&nbsp;tooling&nbsp;and&nbsp;driving&nbsp;automation&nbsp;with&nbsp;an&nbsp;Infrastructure-as-Code mindset.</li>\n <li>Familiarity&nbsp;with&nbsp;AI-assisted&nbsp;development&nbsp;and&nbsp;automation&nbsp;tools.</li>\n <li>Experience with open source monitoring and metrics collection (Nagios, TICK, Prometheus,&nbsp;Grafana,&nbsp;etc.)&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;define&nbsp;and&nbsp;drive&nbsp;observability&nbsp;strategy.</li>\n <li>Comfortable&nbsp;operating&nbsp;in&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimising&nbsp;Linux-based&nbsp;environments.</li>\n <li>Production&nbsp;operations:&nbsp;leading&nbsp;incident&nbsp;response,&nbsp;triaging&nbsp;and&nbsp;troubleshooting complex, multi-layered network&nbsp;issues with a&nbsp;focus on root cause elimination.</li>\n <li>Excellent&nbsp;verbal&nbsp;and&nbsp;written&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;role&nbsp;interfaces&nbsp;directly&nbsp;with senior stakeholders, external clients, and internal technology stakeholders across regions.</li>\n <li>Securities/trading&nbsp;domain&nbsp;exposure&nbsp;a&nbsp;plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Salary Range</b>&nbsp;<br>\n  The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150,000-$300,000.
