    "description_html": "<p><br>As a Structured Cabling Technician with Bosch Technologies, you will collaboratively review, understand, analyze and implement blueprints and plans from Project Managers. Low voltage technician with experience installing structured cabling or network infrastructure (cat5, cat6. Racks, cabinets, patch panels, terminations) <br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install and service cabling infrastructure and devices for Data and Audio Visual and CCTV; includes pre-wiring, installation, termination, labeling, testing and reporting per specifications and drawings.  </li><li>Install network racks and cabinets in server rooms.  </li><li>Interact with customers and prospects, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally.  </li><li>Adhere to Bosch Building Technology's Quality and Safety programs.  </li><li>Complete detailed and accurate documentation, including OHS checks, packing slips, checklists, as-builts, test results.  </li><li>You may be required to work “night shifts” when needed based on project/service requirements.</li><li>Consistently provide high levels of customer service.  </li><li>Travel and overtime may be requested with this position on an ad hoc basis.  </li><li>Perform additional duties as required.  </li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>3 - 5 years of experience in structured cabling installation & servicing.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract and no restrictions.  </li><li>Experience pulling, terminating and testing cat5/6 and fiber optic cables.   </li><li>Experience installing other cabling infrastructure (racks, cabinets, etc) .  </li><li>Experience installing other low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, AV, wireless, unified communication, nurse call, RTLS).  </li><li>Flexibility to work in a variety of environments, from construction sites to finished corporate offices.  </li><li>Comfortable working at heights and must be able to lift upwards of 50 pounds.   </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.  </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.  </li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Post-secondary education in electrical, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent is considered an asset.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, CFOT, Specific Manufacturer training) are a plus.</li></ul><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $26.00 – $32.00ph (DOE)<br><strong>Vacancy Status:</strong> This posting is for a current and existing vacancy<br><br><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong><br>In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. <ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop.
