The Campus Behavior Response Team will provide behavior response support for escalated behaviors, ensuring classroom staff can continue with the delivery of instruction to students in the classroom.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Candidates must be experienced with the classroom environment and willing to work under guidance from the ABA Manager to provide support with Behavior Intervention plans and students needing additional support from the classroom. The Campus Behavior Response Team will be required to implement a best-practice education model to achieve optimal results for students on the autism spectrum and related disorders, and support data collection when not responding to classroom behavior escalations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide behavior response support for escalated behaviors, ensuring classroom staff can continue with the delivery of instruction to students in the classroom</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work as part of the cohort behavioral team to implement and support  behavior plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Execute and train the behavior intervention plan as directed by the ABA manager. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coaches, monitors, and mentors classroom support staff working with students with disabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide QBS training for campus support staff and campus instructional staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Train and support PEAK implementation in the classroom</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist students in participating in classroom routines, transitions, and self-care tasks (as necessary)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collect data on behavior and academics as directed  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Obtain and maintain QBS Certification as a trainer for the campus (provided by AZACS)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Train and implement behavior strategies in alignment with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong adherence to policies as outlined in the AZACS Employee Manual</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain professional conduct and appearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned by the administration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mastery and enthusiasm for best practices in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track record of success in behavior management with students with autism or other special needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">is required</span>, or meet Level I ABA Manager requirements without the required credits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
