Description
Overview
BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a highly experienced HUMINT Analyst (Senior) to support strategic HUMINT analysis, targeting, and intelligence operations within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience conducting HUMINT analysis in support of strategic military intelligence missions, sensitive operational activities, and enterprise intelligence requirements.
This key personnel position requires a seasoned intelligence professional capable of producing high-quality analytical products, supporting HUMINT targeting efforts, integrating intelligence from multiple sources, and providing mission-critical assessments to senior government leadership and operational stakeholders.
The selected candidate will support strategic HUMINT activities, intelligence planning, operational coordination, and all-source analytic efforts in dynamic and high-tempo operational environments.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior HUMINT Analyst supporting strategic intelligence operations and HUMINT mission activities across the Intelligence Community and DoD environments.
Conduct in-depth HUMINT analysis related to foreign threats, operational activities, and mission requirements supporting national security objectives.
Produce strategic and operational intelligence products, assessments, targeting packages, and analytical reports in accordance with Intelligence Community standards.
Support HUMINT targeting activities by identifying intelligence gaps, assessing operational opportunities, and integrating all-source intelligence information.
Analyze and fuse information from HUMINT and other intelligence disciplines to develop actionable intelligence assessments and mission recommendations.
Provide intelligence analysis support to operational planning, mission management, and senior leadership decision-making processes.
Coordinate with IC, DoD, and interagency stakeholders to support information sharing, mission integration, and operational synchronization.
Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, operational updates, and intelligence assessments to government leadership and mission partners.
Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), security protocols, and analytic tradecraft standards.
Utilize advanced Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools to support intelligence production, reporting, and operational coordination.
Support additional duties, responsibilities, and mission activities as required
Qualifications
Required Clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance
Must be willing and able to successfully complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination with a No Deception Indicated (NDI) result on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
Education
Required
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Certifications
Required
One or more of the following certifications:
DoD Intelligence Fundamentals
Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Level 1 (CDASA-1)
Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Level 2 (CDASA-2)
Certified Collection Management Professional – Fundamentals (CCMP-F)
Intelligence Planner Certification
Military / Government Training Requirements
Graduate of a U.S. Government all-source Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or intelligence analytical certification course/program
Completion of one of the following:
Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course
DIA Targeting Officer Course
Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
Intelligence Community equivalent training
Experience Requirements
12+ years of full-time experience in intelligence analysis, management, or leadership positions
8+ years of full-time experience as a HUMINT Analyst supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community operations and HUMINT activities
Required Knowledge & Skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
