          "text": "<p>This position will provide project management for medium to major IT projects.<br />This is a hybrid telework position. Will be asked to come into the office as needed.<br />Active PMP cert required</p><p><strong><u>DAY-TO-DAY:</u></strong><br />Prepare documentation, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. Communicate project changes and events to concerned parties.<br />Manage communication and coordination between internal contributors and stakeholders, as well as 3rd-party vendor partners<br />Manage multiple projects throughout the project lifetime to ensure success as defined by adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.<br />Responsible for all aspects of project management keeping projects on time, within budget, and within scope.<br />Provides timely status reports to reflect project status, issues, and risks.<br />The position consults with the project team on all aspects of project management and ensures compliance with Commonwealth project management policies, standards, and guidelines.<br />This is a hybrid telework position</p><p><strong><u>Required skills:</u></strong><br />Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various project management methodologies are required <strong>– Required 6 years.</strong><br />Experience in the planning and implementation of medium to major information technology projects is required <strong>– Required 6 years.</strong><br />Experience in the use of Planview Enterprise 1 or similar Portfolio and Project Management tools is required. <strong>– Required 4 years.</strong><br />Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of projects <strong>– Required 4 years.</strong><br />Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or a related subject) <strong>– Required.</strong><br />Strong communications skills; written, presentation, and oral is required <strong>– Required.</strong><br />Certified Project Manager by PMI OR VITA PM Certification is required <strong>– Required.</strong><br />Experience working as a Project Manager in a Commonwealth of Virginia Executive Branch Agency (ies) <strong>– Highly desired 2 years.</strong></p>",
