    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Definition</strong></p><p>The Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) will work within Renewal, Inc.&rsquo;s Lydia&rsquo;s Place program and is responsible for providing Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) to current and recently released male and female individuals of the Allegheny County Jail. Services will be provided both inside the Allegheny County Jail and in various community-based settings. &nbsp;Utilizing the Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) model, the CRS will be trained in, and facilitate CT-R Curriculum to formerly incarcerated individuals in an open group counseling format on a daily basis during traditional and non-traditional hours. The CRS will assist the re-entry case management staff providing group facilitation and resources in a closed group format inside the Allegheny County Jail.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.</p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or equivalent and Recovery Specialist or Peer Specialist Certification as well as two (2) years&rsquo; related experience required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Female/Protected Veteran/Individuals with Disabilities</strong></p></div></div>\n",
