The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about operational excellence and customer outcomes.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Implementation Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.</li><li>Design and champion a scalable, standardized implementation methodology that ensures predictable, high-quality delivery across the entire Revalize product suite.</li><li>Drive execution rigor by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.</li><li>Deliver impactful SaaS platform training in partnership with functional leaders, empowering teams and customers to maximize value.</li><li>Oversee global resource planning to optimize utilization, balancing team capacity with evolving business demand.</li><li>Identify and implement process innovations that accelerate time-to-value, enhance delivery efficiency, and leverage automation where possible.</li><li>Track, forecast, and report on critical Professional Services KPIs, including billable utilization, time-to-value (TTV), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives that improve customer outcomes and fuel recurring revenue growth.</li><li>Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, articulating product value and recommending high-impact use cases to expand platform adoption.</li><li>Harness AI-enabled tools and methodologies to scale implementation processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational productivity.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
