As a <strong>Patient Services Representative</strong>, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet patients warmly and check them in using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system</li><li>Coordinate and order sleep study devices and upload reports into the system</li><li>Review upcoming schedules to confirm insurance and patient documentation are complete</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experience</li><li>Answer incoming calls and provide overflow support to the call center as needed</li><li>Open and close the clinic following established protocols</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, process payments, and support daily clinic operations</li><li>Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed</li><li>Room patients</li><li>Safety and sanitation of clinic</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of one year experience&nbsp;</li><li>Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively</li><li>Experience working with performance-based goals or metrics</li><li>A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills</li><li>Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to work at nearby Strongsville location as needed</li><li>Valid driver license</li></ul><p><strong>Why Choose ADVENT:</strong></p><ul><li>16+ days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidays</li><li>Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA</li><li>401k match &amp; life insurance</li><li>Regular business hours—no nights or weekends</li><li>A culture that values solutions and encourages growth</li><li>This is a 32-40 hour full time flex position</li></ul><p><a href=\"https://adventknows.com/careers\"><u>ADVENT Careers Website</u></a></p>",
