This role is located in&nbsp;<strong>Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL</strong>.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Consult with internal business groups to provide high-level application software development services or technical support.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Provide comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT management and senior technical staff, evaluating compliance with the organization's technology standards.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Program well-designed, testable, efficient code; analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions; maintain software functionality and currency.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Establish and embed design guardrails to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the ecosystem</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Actively participate in code reviews and integrate software components into fully functional software systems.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Apply security and privacy principles; work with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Analyze information and provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for specific business groups.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Guide and consult with IT management and technical staff regarding emerging technologies and corporate implementation strategies.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Mentor and lead junior level engineers and advocate for innovative, creative technology solutions.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Engage in active learning, complete mandatory training and policy awareness curricula on time, and use learning tools such as Pluralsight to meet personal development goals.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">10-14 years of experience in software development; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Thorough and demonstrative knowledge of both frontend (user-side) and backend (server-side) application development.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, and architecture design principles.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Expertise in application development toolkits and proficiency in front-end and back-end coding languages such as C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Proficiency in application frameworks and containerization.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Awareness of Apptio products including Apptio Financials and TargetProcess</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support mentoring and teamwork.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Prior </span><a name=\"_Int_bBseMlEa\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">lead</span></a><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> experience selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies and consulting experience with structured methodologies.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;
