Currently WC has 22 communities with over 8,000 sites and is positioned to grow in the future. Each community is tailored to the local area with features such as a community clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, dog park, picnic area, and walking trail. &nbsp; We are dedicated to providing a safe, affordable place for families to call home. Check us out at <a href=\"http://www.livewindward.com\">www.livewindward.com</a>.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome guests and ensure their safety and comfort.</li><li>Check in residents using the pool area, making sure the pool capacity is not exceeded.</li><li>Operate the pool vacuum and skimmer to make sure the water is clean and free of debris.</li><li>Cleaning the pool area by sweeping debris and removing leaves or other debris.&nbsp;</li><li>Empty trash receptacles as needed.</li><li>Ensure the pool deck area is tidy and furniture is clean and in good condition.</li><li>Enforce pool rules.</li><li>Maintain and clean the pool bathrooms routinely.</li><li>Ensure safety equipment is present and win working order.</li><li>Checks first aid kit for needed supplies on a daily basis.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school education (some education required, diploma/GED preferred)</li><li>Ability to physically operate the pool equipment.</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.</li><li>Strong swimming capability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>This job operates in the outdoors.
