          "text": "<p>Clermont Park Senior Living Community is seeking an experienced <strong>Director of Plant Operations</strong> to support a thriving senior living community serving <strong>Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing</strong>.</p><p>Our mission is to <strong>enrich the quality and dignity of life for older adults through services and care that reflect Christian love, respect, and compassion toward each individual</strong>. This role helps bring that mission to life by ensuring our community is safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and survey-ready.</p><p>This is a <strong>working leadership role</strong>: approximately <strong>25% hands-on support with the team</strong> and <strong>75% leadership, vendor management, budgeting, compliance, project oversight, and resident relationships</strong>.</p><p>We are looking for a facilities leader who understands that senior living is about more than buildings.           "text": "<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of supervisory experience in facilities, plant operations, maintenance, environmental services, senior living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or a similar regulated setting.</li><li>Knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, floor care, laundry, grounds, and general repairs.</li><li>Experience with Life Safety, survey readiness, OSHA-related safety practices, emergency preparedness, vendor management, budgeting, and preventative maintenance.</li><li>Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and follow-through skills.</li><li>Ability to use or learn work order systems, building operations platforms, and standard business software.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training, trade coursework, or facilities certification preferred.</li><li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and motor vehicle record in good standing.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>Senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, or healthcare facilities experience; CHFM, FMA, OSHA, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related certification.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift up to 20 pounds, move throughout the community, and use or oversee the use of hand and power tools. Possible exposure to hazardous chemicals and bloodborne pathogens.</p>",
