Description

Position: Production Supervisor Job Summary This role focuses on production performance tracking and material/consumable management. The specialist ensures operational efficiency by overseeing procurement and inventory without direct line supervision. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Performance Tracking: Record and analyze daily production output and KPIs. Data Administration: Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and internal systems. Procurement Management: Order and manage factory consumables, office supplies, and equipment. Material Coordination: Oversee raw and sub-material inventory and floor logistics. Operational Support: Support general site management to improve factory efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or related fields preferred. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred. Proficient in MS Excel and computer applications. Prior experience in a manufacturing site environment preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
