Other duties may be assigned</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Partners with Supervisors and Management to ensure production activities are staffed appropriately and in a cost effective manner. &nbsp;Supervises crews or work groups to ensure department goals are met. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintains and records information appropriately for their department. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensures their crews work safely and follow all GMP&rsquo;s, Food Safety and Quality regulations and policies.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Monitors supplies/inventory on hand and determine order points to avoid running out when appropriate. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Fills in at work stations to relieve crew members and/or Supervisors for breaks.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> Directly supervises 8-12 employees. &nbsp; Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
