    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Responsible to provide guided historical tours of King Ranch&nbsp;<br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What to Expect in the Role:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn the history and current operations of King Ranch.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Required to be able to recite an oral history of King Ranch on historic tour.</li>\n <li>Conduct tours of King Ranch by providing accurate and interesting information to our guests.</li>\n <li>This position requires conducting a mock tour presentation that would be evaluated by supervisor, peers and archivist and meeting all tour guide standards/requirements.</li>\n <li>Possess excellent customer service skills and be courteous&nbsp;and welcoming to guests.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a small passenger bus or large van in a safe manner.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Be able to work flexible schedule including some weekends.</li>\n <li>Be able to represent King Ranch as an ambassador with pride in the position.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understand and comply with posted work rules, procedures, and polices of the VPS and King Ranch Inc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Will Be Needing From You:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)</li>\n <li>CPR, 1st Aid, AED training (preferred)</li>\n <li>Possess good language skills (bilingual preferred but not required)</li>\n</ul>",
