This position drives revenue growth through the identification, solicitation and attainment of new business and requires high energy and a results oriented attitude.</p><p>Collaboration is key at Genpro- combine that with your energy and hunger and we have a winning combination!!</p><p><u style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Solicit business from new customers</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account decision makers</li><li>Evaluate a customer&rsquo;s current transportation requirement and determine transportation solutions that best meet the customers&rsquo; needs</li><li>Set pricing targets and coordinate pricing with Carrier Sourcing</li><li>Works with customers on improving forecasting and capacity needed</li></ul><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>High energy, hungry, and up for a challenge is KEY.</li><li>Experience in a sales environment with a track record of success!</li><li>Experience in transportation brokerage REQUIRED.</li><li>Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain background preferred.</li><li>An innate ability for building strong relationships with businesses and decision makers.</li><li>Strong written &amp; oral communication skills.</li><li>An analytical problem solver who sees issues as opportunities.</li></ul><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><strong><u>ABOUT US</u></strong></span></p><p>For over 30 years we have lived on the pulse of the food supply chain, deploying solutions that keep our customers moving forward.
