          "text": "<p>We are hiring a&#xa0;<strong>Finance Manager</strong>&#xa0;to join our East Operations Team in&#xa0;<strong>Bethesda, MD&#xa0;</strong>who will:</p><ul><li>Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs.</li><li>Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders..</li><li>Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility.</li><li>Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.</li><li>Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&amp;A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions).</li><li>Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.</li></ul><p><strong>Keys to Success</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Energized and Resilient:&#xa0;</strong>You are optimistic, and display a positive attitude.
