Check out this position at Engenious!</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead the testing</strong> of complex electronic and mechanical systems and subsystems</li><li><strong>Collaborate closely with the design team</strong> to plan and direct hardware testing; ad-hoc engineering through formal verification and validation</li><li><strong>Contribute to requirements</strong> development and review with a focus on testability</li><li><strong>Write and review test protocols </strong>based on written requirements</li><li><strong>Provide</strong> <strong>mentorship </strong>for test planning and execution, sharing knowledge of industry best practices for test techniques and methods</li><li><strong>Review the design </strong>of fixtures for test and manufacturing</li><li>Provide <strong>sophisticated data analysis</strong> to effectively communicate test results to a wide audience of stakeholders</li><li>Conduct <strong>test method validations</strong> when needed to ensure a high degree of quality</li><li><strong>Provide critical design feedback</strong> to the project team based on insights gleaned through testing.</li><li>Assist with root cause <strong>analysis of anomalies</strong> discovered during testing</li><li><strong>Efficiently organize tasks and priorities.</strong> Clearly communicate progress and test status.
