These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. &nbsp;Other duties may be required and assigned.</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>More specifically, the employee owner will:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform setup and operation of CNC (or manual) Lathe &ndash; Typical operations include: ID and OD turning</li><li>Produce quality parts that fall within the supplied, or standard, tolerances</li><li>Be able to use measuring equipment to validate and ensure part quality</li><li>Read and follow work orders, including Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders</li><li>Achieve a throughput level that is at or above expectation</li><li>Be able to run a manual lathe</li><li>Occasionally run multiple machines, simultaneously&nbsp;</li><li>Work with a good attitude and willingness to be flexible with daily demands</li><li>Perform all activities in a safe manner, per job specific training and general safety rules&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to distinguish the size difference of the tube stock, shafting, slugs, and plates</li><li>Be able to perform programming sequence to create new programs&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to change out tooling &ndash; Including: cutting inserts, tool holders, drills, etc.</li><li>Perform required preventative maintenance</li><li>Maintain knowledge on differences between pulleys and pulley subcomponents</li><li>Willingness to work in other areas/functions within the plant</li><li>Regular, consistent attendance.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning</li><li>Communicate positively with supervisors, fellow workers, and other internal customers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
