    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The primary responsibility of this position is to provide an exceptional experience to our membership and Dealerships by promoting the mission, lending philosophy and values of the organization. Seek to identify opportunities to improve our members&rsquo; financial lives through counseling and education. Sell Credit Union products and services using the needs based sales approach. Maintain a high level of quality standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Build long term relationships with members utilizing Member Value culture and adhere to the credit union&rsquo;s Universal Behaviors Policy.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for supporting our Direct Lending Program within the credit union and bringing awareness to the local community</li><li>Responsible for sales of all credit union products and services by determining member needs and cross selling appropriate services.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides members with superior service and information in regard to products offered by the credit union; researches and solves member questions, service issues, problems, and complaints.
