          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Director of Product: Computer Vision Solutions</strong> to own and drive the development of the most strategic initiatives in our emerging technology portfolio.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling <strong>computer vision-based solutions</strong> built for Fortune 50 retailers. These products combine cutting-edge optics, AI models, and custom hardware to solve real-world operational problems in dynamic, high-volume retail environments.</p><p>You will operate at the intersection of <strong>deep technical complexity and customer-facing execution</strong>, leading cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle, from early research and prototyping through pilot deployments and global rollout.</p><p>This role requires both <strong>technical credibility</strong> and <strong>end-to-end product leadership</strong>, with a strong bias toward execution in physical, real-world systems.</p><p><strong>Main Activities and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Vision</strong></p><ul><li>Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for computer vision solutions across the company’s emerging technology portfolio.</li><li>Identify high-impact retail use cases where vision-based systems can deliver measurable operational and financial value.</li><li>Balance innovation with deployability, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and production ready.</li><li>Define success metrics across accuracy, latency, robustness, cost, and customer ROI.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Development &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex CV systems, from concept and feasibility through pilot and scale.</li><li>Partner deeply with engineering teams across,<ul><li>Mechanical &amp; Industrial Design</li><li>Electrical Engineering</li><li>Embedded Systems &amp; Firmware</li><li>Optics &amp; Imaging</li><li>Cloud &amp; Software Platforms</li><li>AI / Computer Vision &amp; Data Science</li></ul></li><li>Guide architectural decisions spanning hardware, edge compute, and cloud services.</li><li>Ensure tight integration between data collection, model training, validation, and real-world performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Field Deployment &amp; Customer Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with field deployment and product operations teams to ensure solutions perform reliably in live retail environments.</li><li>Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate requirements, gather feedback, and refine solutions.</li><li>Translate customer pain points into clear technical and product requirements.</li><li>Support pilots, proofs of technology, and early commercial deployments.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the connective tissue between R&amp;D, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.</li><li>Clearly communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress to executive leadership.</li><li>Establish processes that enable fast iteration while maintaining quality and accountability.</li></ul>",
