This position plays a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle - from marketing proposals and fee development through design, permitting, and construction. The ideal candidate brings proven project management experience in healthcare design and will help drive project success by meeting objectives for scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p>This role reports to the Market Sector Leader and requires a seasoned professional capable of independently managing all aspects of project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects. Successfully contribute to multi-disciplinary efforts and manage project activities.</li><li>Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear communication to internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure project teams adhere to RLF guidelines, best practices, and quality standards by managing quality control processes throughout all phases of design and construction.</li><li>Monitor and manage contracts, project financial performance, invoicing, and collections.
