People of color are highly encouraged to apply</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>The Opportunity</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>MTW </span><span>seeks</span><span> a creative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Evaluation &amp; Learning Coordinator to support our Evaluation and Learning Department. This position provides a hands-on, real-world opportunity to learn the basics of database quality assurance and data visualization. The Evaluation &amp; Learning Coordinator will support regular reviews for quality and accuracy of the data in MTW’s youth-data system, complete routine analysis to present data to the team of young adults and staff and learn to apply the basic principles of database management. </span><span>The Evaluation &amp; Learning Coordinator will report directly to the Evaluation Manager.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key responsibilities include:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete daily audits of the prior day’s “Daily Shift Reports” to ensure that daily data entry is up-to-date and </span><span>accurate</span><span> within our Youth Data System (Salesforce)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete monthly audits of department-level data to ensure data entered on a </span><span>monthly-basis</span><span> is </span><span>accurate</span><span> and </span><span>up-to-date</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Use data collected during the week to create weekly “SPIF Slides,” highlighting youth with outstanding data and showing the team how they performed in the past week. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Act as an ambassador between the Evaluation &amp; Learning Department and the youth </span><span>team;</span><span> helping us think through engaging ways to collect feedback data from youth.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span> </span></span><span> <br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Position Requirements:</span></span></span><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must have a GED or High School diploma</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must be at least 21 years of age</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must have transitioned from MTW at least 2 years prior to apply for this position</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>M</span><span>ust be a high-energy person who enjoys learning </span><span>new technology</span><span>, paying close attention to detail, and providing great </span><span>customer-service</span><span> to others in supporting them to get their data into our systems</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A</span><span>t least 1+ </span><span>years</span><span> of experience in working with data programs (</span><span>e.g.</span><span> Excel, electronic databases, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to learn </span><span>new technology</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>H</span><span>ave </span><span>demonstrated</span><span> experience in customer service or jobs that require attention to detail and written communication</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must be consistently moving towards educational outcomes </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>You must be able to follow through on commitments</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must be able </span><span>to regularly</span><span> lift boxes weighing approximately 25 </span><span>lbs</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Schedule: </span></span></span><span><span>Maximum of 29 hours per week; exact days and times to be discussed with your supervisor. </span></span><span><span>3-4 in-person shifts per week. </span></span><span><span>Occasional evening or weekend hours may be scheduled in advance on mutual agreement for events or presentations.
