  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex and high precision numerical control machine tools&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Assists in developing continuous improvement actions through use of TPM/TPR concepts</li><li><!--block-->Identifies mechanical malfunctions and operating difficulties and makes necessary repairs to keep machines in production and operating efficiently&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Rebuilds and overhauls components such as gear boxes, tool changers, cylinders, index units, motors, and pumps when applicable and necessary</li><li><!--block-->Inspects, repairs, and replaces hydraulic and pneumatic system components such as pumps, valves, regulators, cylinders, and lines</li><li><!--block-->Troubleshoots and replaces electrical devices such as contactors, input/output cards, solenoids, etc.</li><li><!--block-->Maintains and organizes machine and maintenance data so it can be utilized by others</li><li><!--block-->Performs tasks to ensure proper response and operational functions such as preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and offline testing of components</li><li><!--block-->Works closely with Reliable personnel and contractors on the installation of new machines, rebuilding, overhauling, and difficult repairs</li><li><!--block-->Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
