    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Integrator to join the on-site BIM Department for a high-tech semiconductor construction project. The BIM Integrator reports to Hoffman's BIM Manager, project BIM Coordinators, and project-level management.</p><p>This role serves as a liaison between the BIM team and other functional groups on the project, including Construction Management, Field Supervision, Scheduling, and Estimating.</p><p><strong>This is a fully on-site position based in Boise, Idaho.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary:&nbsp;</strong>$85,000 to $120,000 DOE + Incentives</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Coordinate with Construction Managers and trade partners to align model component delivery schedules with fabrication requirements and construction sequencing.</li><li>Work with Construction Managers to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive submittal tracking system, ensuring all reports and dashboards remain accurate and current.</li><li>Perform risk analysis on subcontractor workflows to proactively identify and mitigate potential delays and issues.</li><li>Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to maintain an accurate and reliable model review and approval schedule.</li><li>Partner with the data team to ensure workflow automation tools remain current, accurate, and aligned with project needs.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Experience and Education:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p>Four to seven (4-7) years' experience in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry required.</p></li><li><p>Specific experience in industrial and/or advanced manufacturing projects is required.</p></li><li><p>High School diploma or GED required.</p></li><li><p>Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industry preferred.</p></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Position Related Skills</strong></p><p><i>Technical Skills</i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage.</li><li>Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams), with a working understanding of computer network environments.</li><li>Proficient in project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.</li><li>Experience administering and organizing Autodesk Forma (formerly known as ACC), and other common data environments.</li><li>Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methods and digital fabrication preferred.</li><li><p>Trained in design document reading and specifications.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><i>Professional Skills</i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.</li><li>Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, frequently interrupted work environment.</li><li>Ability to maintain a cooperative, professional attitude under pressure and when working alongside trade and craft personnel in the field.</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and at all levels of leadership.</li><li><p>Flexibility to work extended hours or off-shift schedules to accommodate changing construction sequences.</p><p><br><strong>Physical and Mental Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Environment &amp; Mobility</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Must work in both office and active construction site environments, spending more than 50% of time stationary.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Must access all site areas and levels, including climbing stairs, ascending/descending ladders, and entering confined or underground spaces.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</p></li></ul></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Strength &amp; Dexterity</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Must lift or manipulate up to 50 lbs to a height of three feet and carry or push it 50–100 feet.
