They are seeking a mentor/ guide with a clear \"Adult\" position - warm and kind, but capable of leading.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full 24/7 childcare coverage during rota: supervision, routines, emotional comfort, gentle discipline.</li>\n <li>Maintaining structure and consistency within the boys’ daily schedule.</li>\n <li>Teaching the children to be accountable and tidy up after themselves</li>\n <li>Ensuring a well-organized, hygienic environment: clothing (including laundry for the children only), toys, nursery, and play areas</li>\n <li>Mealtime support: set-up, light assistance, post-meal organization.</li>\n <li>Educational and developmentally appropriate activities, sensory play, outdoor time (no screens/gadgets)</li>\n <li>Packing, preparing, and accompanying the children during family travel.</li>\n <li>Coordinating smoothly with the family’s educator and household team</li>\n <li>There is a full-time chef, so the candidate will need to reheat food, but there is no food prep required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of experience in private families; twin experience is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Knowledge or formal background in Montessori, Waldorf, RIE, Reggio, etc. extremely welcome</li>\n <li>Educational background in ECE/ Child Development or other relevant field </li>\n <li>Warm, composed, and emotionally intelligent presence.</li>\n <li>Strong command of English (B2+).</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.</li>\n <li>High discretion, excellent boundaries, confidentiality, and refined interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Passport ready and able to travel both domestically and internationally with the family.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. passport, Green Card, or EAC required)</li>\n <li>Nannying must be your chosen career - you must genuinely love children.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$150k+, full benefits </li>\n <li>Stable long-term placement with a respectful, well-organized family.</li>\n <li>Smooth onboarding and clear communication; supportive household culture.</li>\n <li>Comfortable live-in arrangements during shifts</li>\n <li>Fly-in/fly-out will be considered for the right candidate</li>\n</ul>",
