This role supports Operational Technology (OT) platforms including ADMS, OMS, SCADA, Advanced Systems, Mobile Field Client technologies, and OT/IT integrations such as IVR and AMI.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams, this position helps ensure OT systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business and operational goals. The role includes troubleshooting and supporting critical production systems, leading system upgrades and improvement initiatives, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and contributing to ongoing grid modernization and operational technology projects.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Compensation:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">The anticipated hiring range is between $115,000 - 150,885. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate&#39;s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% based on company performance.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>In this position, you will:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
