We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on <em>Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives</em>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>NV5 has several opportunities for Senior Highway Engineers/Project Managers to join our Civil Transportation/Roadway Department in our Morristown, NJ office. These positions include Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers. We seek motivated candidates with 15+ years of engineering/project management experience, who have a willingness and desire to work in a team environment, and supervise project design teams. Our multi-discipline design team approach will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to pursue a path, focused on technical management and/or project management, which aligns with their strengths and interest. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>We currently have a wealth of interesting projects, and these positions provide excellent opportunities for fast-track career growth.</em></strong>  Our office has excellent opportunities to provide leadership and management on these assignments.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE)</li>\n <li><strong>NJ PE License</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Supervise/Manage transportation and civil related projects, including providing technical oversight to engineering staff.</strong> The NV5 Parsippany, NJ office has exceptional experienced management with the desire to train and support Technical Management and/or Project Management career goals of the applicant.</li>\n <li>Understanding of tasks required in the preparation of roadway/highway designs and plan development from conceptual design thru final contract documents.</li>\n <li><strong>Familiarity with TAP and SRTS projects through NJDOT Local Aid a Plus.</strong></li>\n <li>Client interaction and Community Involvement.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with multidiscipline design engineers and technicians.</li>\n <li>Participation in NJ office senior staff meetings, collaboration, and contribution to overall office performance.</li>\n <li>Project Management skills pertaining to project budgets and schedules, and adherence to a project’s scope of work. Excellent Project Management Support and Training available within the NJ Staff, if required.</li>\n <li>Participate in professional organizations and technical societies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-JC2</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Base pay offered for this New Jersey–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered.
