    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span lang=\"en-NL\">CSMART is looking for a Specialist Instructor (40 hours per week) with expertise in LNG to support our&nbsp;Technical Department&nbsp;in delivering high‑quality LNG‑as‑fuel training for cruise ship officers.</span></p><p><span lang=\"en-NL\">In this role, you will combine hands‑on LNG operational experience with instructional skills to deliver classroom and simulator‑based training, support course development, and act as an LNG reference within the instructor team.</span><br><br><span lang=\"en-NL\">The role focuses on training provided to cruise ship officers.
