These are seen throughout our interactions with customers, within the company, and in each of our employees’ everyday lives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Offered: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) including company matching</li>\n <li>Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision)</li>\n <li>Flex Saving Account and Health Reimbursement Account</li>\n <li>Company-provided Term Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Company-provided Short-term and long-term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Parental Leave</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Description of Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initiate inventory and material processing requisitions to support Supply Chain & Sales initiatives</li>\n <li>Evaluate offers and negotiate pricing and delivery with suppliers/vendors</li>\n <li>Generate and manage purchase orders in ERP system</li>\n <li>Review all order acknowledgements to ensure 100% accuracy of order details</li>\n <li>Track and coordinate incoming shipments from suppliers/vendors</li>\n <li>Verify and approve invoices to ensure accuracy and on-time payment to suppliers</li>\n <li>Maintain and update team logs for all open PO’s, RFQ’s, supplier NCR’s, incoming vessels, etc.</li>\n <li>Understand current mill replacement costs and lead times for all assigned suppliers, at all times</li>\n <li>Be familiar with the steel making process and Tube Supply/Industry specifications</li>\n <li>Maintain and strengthen current relationships with all key suppliers</li>\n <li>Collaborate daily with sales, operations and finance teams</li>\n <li>Develop/propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Supply Chain processes</li>\n <li>Own the entire purchasing process start to finish for assigned commodities</li>\n <li>Review inventory with upper management as assigned to identify items for replenishment  </li>\n <li>Any other responsibilities as required by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain or Business related preferred)</li>\n <li>7+ years of Supply Chain or Procurement experience preferred, ideally in steel, metals or other industrial distribution sector</li>\n <li>Bilingual preferred</li>\n <li>Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>",
