Our customers include leading players in personal care, nutrition, health, and homecare.</p><hr><p><strong><u>About the Role:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>As a valued member of the Extended Leadership Team, the Maintenance &amp; Process Reliability Supervisor holds a pivotal, prominent position overseeing the maintenance department&rsquo;s personnel and ensuring optimal facilities and equipment performance within our bottling plant operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance &amp; Reliability Manager, this role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse business functions, both within and beyond the immediate site, and includes direct interaction with customers, positioning you as a key contributor to our organization&rsquo;s continued success and growth.</p><hr><p><strong><u>Role Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Drive the reduction of unplanned downtime by implementing and sustaining a comprehensive, facility-wide Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program that fosters a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead and support thorough investigations of all downtime incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented promptly.</li><li>Develop and maintain an asset master plan to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and proactively support organizational growth through improved reliability and equipment health.</li><li>Champion and facilitate the adoption of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices locally and across the global manufacturing network.</li><li>Clearly communicate maintenance and reliability improvements to customers through both virtual and in-person meetings.</li></ul><hr><p><strong><u>Role Key Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>BS in Engineering or other technical discipline</li><li>3+ years of proven experience in a Maintenance or Reliability Engineer role required</li><li>3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a highly regulated industry (Food, Pharma, etc.)</li><li>Experience leading and working knowledge of a Preventative Maintenance Program and Autonomous Maintenance required.</li></ul><hr><p><strong><u>Role Personal Attributes</u></strong></p><ul><li>Analytical &amp; Detail-oriented &ndash; approaches problems methodically and makes data-driven decisions.</li><li>Curious &amp; Innovative &ndash; constantly seeks better ways to improve processes, technology, and systems.</li><li>Hand-on &amp; Practical &ndash; comfortable with the production floor, engaging directly with equipment and operators.</li><li>Resilient &amp; Adaptable &ndash; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment and adjusts quickly to change.</li><li>Results Driven &ndash; focused on measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance.</li><li>Ownership Mentality &ndash; takes initiative and follows through on commitments without constant oversight.</li><li>Continuous Learner &ndash; stays current with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.</li><li>Influencing &ndash; Works cross-functionally and builds strong, collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals.</li></ul><hr><p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p><p>At CREMER, we offer a standout compensation package that includes competitive wages, comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and a time-based flexible schedule.
