The Burn Table Operator will set up and operate CNC oxy/plasma machine, use overhead crane to load/unload steel plates, verify finished product meets specifications, and maintain a clean and safe work area.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>WHAT WE OFFER:</p>\n<p>Our company offers great benefits, from tuition reimbursement to training and development opportunities. Come join our team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary:</strong> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a motivated CNC oxy/plasma machine operator. The operator will set up, maintain and operate the Kinetic K2500 and K5000XMC machines using overhead cranes to load/unload steel plates, calibrated measuring devices to verify finished product specifications, and 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe work area.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Burn Table Operator</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes.</li>\n   <li>Select and set correct machine parameters for optimal cutting operations.</li>\n   <li>Measure materials to ensure conformance with design specifications.</li>\n   <li>Select appropriate material type, stock size, and dimensions.</li>\n   <li>Transfer and apply accurate data to materials.</li>\n   <li>Operate CNC plasma, Kinetic, and oxy-fuel cutting machines.</li>\n   <li>Read and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to ±0.005 tolerance.</li>\n   <li>Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently.</li>\n   <li>Operate forklifts to move, load, and position materials as required.</li>\n   <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li>\n   <li>Keep accurate records of daily operations and material usage.</li>\n   <li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced operating CNC plasma, Kinetic and oxy machines </li>\n <li>Ability to interpret CAD drawings, symbols and notes. </li>\n <li>Read tape measure, caliper and micrometer to within +/- .005</li>\n <li>Experienced with overhead crane </li>\n <li>Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time. </li>\n</ul>",
