    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization.  We offer an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders to empower the students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p>We currently have an opening for a part-time Job Coach.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">   </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">POSITION GOAL</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">As a Job Coach you will provide constant supervision and motivate students to develop their full work potential.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Transport students to and from scheduled work sites (company provided vehicle).</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supervise students at the job site following BHA Career Employment Program Training Guidelines. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Follow all safety driving laws as per Job Coach Training Guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Complete daily student evaluation form.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Attend required yearly trainings.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicate any questions, concerns about students and businesses to Program Director. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Will perform other duties as needed.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">QUALIFICATIONS        </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience working with children/students, preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Utilizes effective written and oral expression</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Basic computer literacy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Valid Driver’s License</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must provide successful </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">and continued renewal of required clearances</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><a href=\"https://bhaeducation.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/1-Application.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click Here to complete BHA's Employment Application for Support Staff (Non-Teaching Positions)</a></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">BHA is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
