data-end=\"455\">About the Role</h2><p data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"618\">The <strong data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"508\">Grounds Technician &ndash; Golf Course Operations</strong> plays an essential role in the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of Shanty Creek Resorts&rsquo; golf courses.</p><p data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"781\">This hands-on position supports turf care, landscaping, and overall grounds upkeep to ensure high-quality playing conditions and an exceptional guest experience.</p><p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"1065\">Working under the direction of the <strong data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"848\">Golf Course Superintendent</strong> and <strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"881\">Assistant Superintendent</strong>, the Grounds Technician operates a variety of grounds maintenance equipment, performs routine maintenance tasks, and helps preserve the natural beauty of the resort&rsquo;s golf facilities.</p><p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1237\">This is a
