We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist retail customers in selecting and purchasing Motorcycle Parts &amp; Accessories, order parts, stock inventory, and more. Good communication and telephone manners are necessary.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Help retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories</li><li>Order and stock parts and accessories into inventory.</li><li>Obtain parts for repair Technicians.</li><li>Answer requests for parts information.</li><li>Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.</li><li>Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders.</li><li>Attractively display merchandise.</li><li>Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves,</li><li>bins, etc.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Saturday availability is required.</li><li>Parts experience is required preferably motorcycle experience.</li><li>Good telephone manners and computer skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.</li><li>Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
