    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Steward Supervisor Bilingual</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Salary: $56,500 +</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Status: Full Time</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Shift: Over Nights</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>There are many great advantages to work in our Stewarding department:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free Hot Meal per shift</li>\n <li>Non-smoking environment</li>\n <li>Subsidized transportation</li>\n <li>Flexible Schedules</li>\n <li>Not a desk job</li>\n <li> Opportunity to mingle with guests and team members</li>\n <li>Career Advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure that all Health Department policies, procedures, and safety practices are being followed and implemented by all Team Members.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the control of the storeroom orders.</li>\n <li>Ensure all outlets and areas are up to par with OSHA regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all Team Members.</li>\n <li>Report any issues to the Engineering department any issues that need to be taken care of to ensure safety.</li>\n <li>Direct Team Members in the cleaning and maintenance of each kitchen outlet.</li>\n <li>Supervision of the Stewards Department.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all kitchens are up to par with cleanliness and sanitation standards.</li>\n <li>Use cleaning chemicals in accordance to the MSDS.</li>\n <li>Ensure that property and departmental policies and procedures are enforced and take proper disciplinary action when required.</li>\n <li>Responsible teaching and training.</li>\n <li>Organize the breaks for all Team Members in the stewarding department for proper coverage.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all Team Members are adhering to their schedule and are on time.</li>\n <li>Ensure that Team Members are at their appointed outlet to ensure coverage.</li>\n <li>Consult the Room Chef for pertinent information regarding daily business and special functions.</li>\n <li>Maintain the appearance, presentation and cleanliness of the kitchens. </li>\n <li>Conduct inspections for restaurant outlets to ensure that departmental sanitation and Health Department Policies and Procedures are being implemented and followed.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the physical and property and equipment are protected, maintained and utilized efficiently and effectively.</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties as assigned, delegated, or directed.</li>\n <li>Daily ordering of paper goods and chemicals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Aware of departmental and company policies and procedures and implement them.</li>\n <li>Full knowledge of all Health Standards and Regulations.</li>\n <li>Excellent rapport with Food and Beverage Team.</li>\n <li>Excellent rapport with the warehouse team.</li>\n <li>Full knowledge of SDS.</li>\n <li>Train all new staff with proper food handling and sanitation.</li>\n <li>Serv-Safe certification-manager or proctor.</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work various shifts, holidays and special events.</li>\n <li>Some Stratton Warren knowledge.
