Description
The District Manager role for Visayas and Mindanao( VisMin) at Ever Pharma is responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople. This includes assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of the sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring sales people and the observance of established company policies, rules and standards applicable to these.
This role will cover the entire VisMin region, and the successful candidate can either be Cebu or Davao based.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
The District Sales Manager is responsible in giving directions to the sales team in order to achieve sales targets. One of their main responsibilities is to analyze the business in each of their assigned territories and identify business opportunities and drivers for growth. They are essential in sales monitoring and Sales Force Efficiency to assure realization of revenues.
Drives the business Analyses / monitors regularly the sales potential and possible development of the assigned area.and ensures that assigned sales targets are regularly achieved.
I mplementation and monitoring of SFE metrics of the district and ensures that the marketing programs are implemented by sales team accurately and timely.
He/she should maintain an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.
L eads the team in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in assigned area, as well as in in preparing b usiness Plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress which includes securing and maintaining the company assets and submitting required reports on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in any reputable university
Minimum 3 to 5 years s olid sales experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, out of which, 3 years' experience as people manager
Preferably with experience in handling Neurologists/Neurosurgeons and/or Central Nervous System (CNS) franchise
Excellent English Communication Skills both oral and written, and someone who can speak the local dialect in the Visayas and Mindanao region
Well verse with territory management, quota setting, forecasting territory configuration, good negotiation and analytical skill including excellent presentation and coaching/mentoring skills
