    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify parts and part numbers customers are requesting.</li>\n <li>Process customer inquiries, submit quotations on a timely fashion and process sales orders.</li>\n <li>Generate sales orders from telephone calls,&nbsp;fax, and&nbsp;e-mail requests.</li>\n <li>Monitor the flow of documentation and products to ensure products are received by the warehouse personnel in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Ensure orders are professionally&nbsp;handled by working closely with the warehouse, buyer, manufacturer, customer, and customer’s freight forwarder.</li>\n <li>Follow up on the order status and update customers.</li>\n <li>Work closely with the warehouse in preparation of&nbsp;shipping documents, etc.</li>\n <li>Work closely with other&nbsp;team&nbsp;members&nbsp;and ensure customers get quotes properly reflecting NOV’s integrity and consistency.</li>\n <li>Ensure&nbsp;quotation and&nbsp;order files are well maintained with necessary info, per company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Responsible for receiving and shipping products related to&nbsp;customer orders and internal requests for parts and equipment. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Will be&nbsp;responsible for accurately receiving,&nbsp;running the reservations,&nbsp;picking, and packing orders, labeling, inventory control, cycle count, and all other general duties.</li>\n <li>Material Handling - moving material including the use of a reach truck or forklift.</li>\n <li>Participate in shop inspections/investigations; including&nbsp;warehouse,&nbsp;environment, equipment and HSE incidents.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office experience is required.</li>\n <li>SAP or Oracle ERP experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience required.</li>\n <li>Forklift and Reach Truck operating experience required.</li>\n <li>Warehouse experience required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of oilfield equipment preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand drawings and prints is preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs. is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overtime may be required.</li>\n <li>On-call rotation is required.</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETITIVE BENEFITS:</strong>&nbsp;(visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.</li>\n <li>Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
