Clinician assures that appropriate releases are signed before he/she releases any information.</li></ol></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identifies and provides for substance use/chemical dependency educational needs of person served, families, and health care providers.<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Conducts substance use disorder lectures according to the lecture schedule and the objective of the lecture.</li><li>Provides for basic and specialized individual education as required in the treatment plan and documents the response of the person served in the medical record.</li></ol></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;Maintain commitment to professional competency by maintaining professional growth and development.<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Obtains continuing education units (minimum of 20 hours) for professional growth and development as required.
