    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>EXPLEO USA is looking for an <strong>ADAS System Test Engineer</strong> to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, Michigan.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What’s in It for You?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Work directly with cutting-edge ADAS technologies, including ultrasonic sensors and camera‑based systems</li>\n <li>Be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence</li>\n <li>Strengthen your expertise in system-level testing, vehicle integration, sensor validation, and automotive standards</li>\n <li>Build close working relationships with OEMs and multidisciplinary engineering teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You will drive vehicle-level system testing and ensure full verification and validation of ADAS features. </li>\n <li>Ensure the executability and planning accuracy of system tests in alignment with project timeline</li>\n <li>Develop comprehensive System Test Specifications with full traceability to system requirements</li>\n <li>Support distribution, management, and readiness of the System Test Environment</li>\n <li>Collaborate with OEMs on vehicle integration involving ultrasonic sensors and camera-based systems</li>\n <li>Align test specifications with the Function Manager and secure approvals as needed</li>\n <li>Execute, oversee, and approve system-level test case execution</li>\n <li>Prepare System Test Reports and support closure of all system test activities</li>\n <li>Conduct peer reviews of test plans, specifications, and related documentation</li>\n <li>Escalate deviations to the System Test Lead and propose corrective solutions</li>\n <li>Perform vehicle-level smoke tests, regression tests, and full validation cycles</li>\n <li>Conduct on-road test drives to validate end-user ADAS features</li>\n <li>Log issues in defect management tools such as JIRA, CoreALM, and DOORS</li>\n <li>Perform DVP tasks per customer requirements</li>\n <li>Perform CAN and LIN bus trace analysis using CANoe and CANalyzer</li>\n <li>Develop innovative test solutions to enhance the current test strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of hands-on experience in system testing or system design in an ADAS development environment</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ultrasonic or camera-based sensing systems</li>\n <li>Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or Cyber Security principles</li>\n <li>Exposure to defect-tracking systems such as JIRA and CoreALM</li>\n <li>Prior experience integrating active safety sensors with OEM vehicle teams</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or similar)</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Expleo USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
