Your expertise will ensure that our world-class stores are executed with flawless precision, contributing to the immersive and high-end experience our clients expect.</p><p><br><strong>This position is in person, located in Dallas, TX.</strong></p><p><br><strong>Please submit a copy of your portfolio with your resume if available.</strong></p><p><br><br><strong>What This Role Demands:</strong><br>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Drafting and Technical Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Create accurate and detailed store design concepts, including schematics, kitchen layouts, seating configurations, details, and construction documentation, ensuring that all documents align with project standards.</li><li>Generate dimensioned and annotated plans, elevations, sections, details, 3D views, schedules, etc.</li><li>Research, read and interpret product specifications, diagrams, schematics, graphs, charts, installation manuals, and other documentation to incorporate into designs.</li><li>Identify construction and equipment detailing challenges on projects, find solutions and effectively document them in the construction drawing sets.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaborate with Design Team:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with our Store Interior designers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.</li><li>Maintain communication with the team to ensure a seamless coordinated effort.</li><li><strong>CAD Management: </strong>Contribute to the ongoing creation and management of our CAD libraries and standards.</li><li><strong>Coordination with Project Teams:</strong> Assist in the coordination of Store designs with other systems such as lighting, retail, signage, Patio, and Decor, ensuring seamless integration across all project components.</li><li><strong>Support Project Management:</strong> Aid in the review and refinement of design plans throughout the project lifecycle, making updates as necessary to meet store expectations and project requirements.</li><li><strong>Continuous Learning:</strong> Stay informed on the latest drafting techniques, Store design trends, and technological advancements applicable to the QSR industry to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.</li></ul>",
