Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>Must submit to a color-acuity screening test.</li>\n<li>One (1) year experience in a clinical laboratory </li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution. </li>\n<li>Applicants must have completed (or be eligible for) an appropriate certification examination.<li>Acceptable certifying agencies include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW).</li></li>\n<li>Ability to implement and perform clinical laboratory procedures according to proper standards and regulations.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Required</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> Friday, Saturday, Sunday, every third weekend rotation.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must submit to a color-acuity screening test.</li>\n <li>One (1) year experience in a clinical laboratory </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution and applicants must be eligible for an appropriate certification examination.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Acceptable certifying agencies include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>OR</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates Degree in laboratory science (Chemical or Biological Science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and certification as a Medical Technologist.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Acceptable certifying agencies include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>OR</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of a Military Program in Science (health science, biology, chemical, physical, medical technology) and certification as a Medical Technologist.\n  <ul>\n   <li> Acceptable certifying agencies include ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>OR</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Grandfathered Medical Technologist by having previously qualified as a technologist on or before February 28, 1992 and current certification as a Medical Technologist. \n  <ul>\n   <li> Acceptable certifying agencies include ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li> Ability to implement and perform clinical laboratory procedures according to proper standards and regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>6:30pm-7am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>Yes",
