From moving trailers safely in and out of dock doors to performing equipment inspections and supporting warehouse operations, this position helps ensure products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers across the food industry.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">We&#39;re looking for a Yard Switcher who values safety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</span></p><h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">What You&#39;ll Be Doing</span></h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Safely move trailers in and out of dock doors and designated yard locations using a yard tractor</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Operate yard trucks and tractor-trailers in a safe and efficient manner</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractors and trailers</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Hook and unhook trailers as needed throughout the shift</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Monitor refrigerated trailer temperatures and make adjustments as required</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Clean and sweep trailers when necessary</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Support warehouse operations through the safe use of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure vehicles remain clean, secure, and compliant with company and DOT requirements</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
