This position will maintain communication lines between Team Members, Lead Staff, Managerial Supervisors, and the Full-time management team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's In It For You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free tickets for your family & friends!</li>\n <li>Promotion opportunities!</li>\n <li>Scholarship opportunities!</li>\n <li>Exclusive employee parties, events, giveaways, discounts, and more!</li>\n <li>Free access to Atlanta area attractions and other regional theme parks!</li>\n <li>Job and Career Building Skills</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to apply to interview for the following positions:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Lead, Supervisor, or Sr. Supervisor</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Play a key role in the Training and Development of seasonal staff.</li>\n <li>Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained through proper scheduling and follow-up with the Managerial supervisors and Full-time staff.</li>\n <li>Carry out any disciplinary measures as necessary to ensure that the Retail team follows park policy and procedure each day.</li>\n <li>Responsible for making sure the staff has been properly trained on register procedures and policies.</li>\n <li>Will work with Loss Prevention when POS and theft-related issues arise.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by the Retail Full-Time Supervisor and the Retail Manager.</li>\n <li>Responsible for tracking inventory transfers, damages, and other inventory information for Retail.</li>\n <li>Ensure POS procedures to ensure compliance by every staff member.</li>\n <li>Supervise training and daily performance of all employees within the assigned area, to ensure that Guest First Service and Safety policies are being followed at all times.</li>\n <li>Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of assigned retail locations to produce maximum revenues while keeping the cost within budgeted guidelines.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all corporate and park policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Protect and secure all assets, including equipment and Retail.</li>\n <li>Perform duties including park setup, visual display, and signage.</li>\n <li>Fully execute company Mantra for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: $14.00-$17.50/hr.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: </strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must be 17 years of age or older</strong></li>\n <li>1 to 2-year of park experience and retail background is a plus.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle registered transactions.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in supervising a team.</li>\n <li>Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.</li>\n <li>Valid Georgia Driver’s License.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to walk and stand for up to 6-8 hours at a time. Applicants must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and able to operate a motor vehicle.</li>\n</ul>",
