    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><h2 data-pasted=\"true\">Position Overview</h2><p>Sunbridge Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our CNG logistics operations. You will own driver scheduling, manage dispatch operations, ensure DOT compliance, and drive a culture of safety, reliability, and efficiency. The right candidate will combine operational leadership, technical competence, and strategic vision to scale our logistics footprint without compromising safety or service quality.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage, mentor, and support drivers and dispatchers across all shifts. Provide hands-on coverage or assistance during peak or gap periods.</li><li>Oversee daily driver scheduling, balancing coverage with efficiency and lean KPI targets. Adhere to federal and state hours‑of‑service / drive time laws (interstate, intrastate, oil field routes, etc.).</li><li>Monitor, enforce, and audit compliance with Federal DOT regulations and maintain thorough documentation for all SES vehicles, drivers, and operations.</li><li>Maintain, optimize, and enhance dispatching and job reporting systems. Identify gaps or inefficiencies and assist with the design or implementation of new system replacements.</li><li>Ensure all DOT‑regulated equipment (tractors, trailers, tanks, etc.) remains compliant, inspected, and free of preventable defects. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Partner with Safety, Compliance, and Maintenance teams to address and resolve issues that fall outside immediate scope.</li><li>Cultivate and enforce a culture of safety first, execution excellence, and accountability. Zero tolerance for unsafe behaviors or operational shortcuts that jeopardize people, assets, or reputation.</li><li>Proactively anticipate operational bottlenecks or failure points and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, waste, and cost.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time performance, loaded miles, driver utilization, fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, equipment downtime, and safety events.</li><li>Develop forecasts, capacity models, and demand plans to ensure scalability of driver and equipment resources.</li><li>Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of logistics staff (drivers, dispatchers, support).</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budget development, and capital equipment decisions.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h2><p>Must Haves:</p><ul><li>Valid CDL (Class A) with Hazmat endorsement</li><li>Valid RRC Employee Card</li><li>Experience with or exposure to RRC management / oversight (preferred)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of DOT / FMCSA / state transportation regulations</li><li>Proven experience using dispatch / transportation management software (TMS or equivalent)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite &mdash; especially Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, dashboards), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint</li><li>Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Maintenance-minded and detail-oriented &mdash; able to spot issues before they become problems</li><li>Ability to pivot between office and field work; comfortable in both environments</li><li>Must reside in the Midland / Odessa area and be able to travel regularly to the Tarzan, TX office / operational sites</li></ul><p>Preferred / Ideal Attributes:</p><ul><li>5+ years in logistics, transportation, or fleet management (especially in energy, oil &amp; gas, or hazardous materials environments)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Experience managing multiple shifts and a 24/7 operations model</li><li>Experience with budgeting, capital planning, and cost tracking within a logistics group</li><li>Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, vendor management, and repair shops</li><li>Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing metrics, generating insights, and recommending changes</li><li>Strong problem solver and critical thinker; able to lead under ambiguity and pressure</li><li>Experience instituting safety or quality programs (e.g. safety culture, root cause analysis, corrective actions)</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills &mdash; able to work across operations, safety, compliance, finance, and executive teams</li><li>Ability to lead change, drive adoption of new systems, and manage resistance</li><li>Certifications such as ATP, CPCM, or logistics/transportation credentials are a plus</li></ul><h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2><ul><li>401(k) eligibility after one year of service</li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays)</li><li>Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (as per company plan)</li><li>Opportunity for performance-based bonuses or incentives (if applicable)</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Direct influence in a high-growth energy logistics business</li></ul><h2>What We Offer / Culture &amp; Mission</h2><p>At Sunbridge, we believe in doing things right &mdash; not just fast.
