    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Supervisory Capacity:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>​Direct Reports:&nbsp; 1-5​</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure necessary manpower, equipment and components are available to meet customer demand.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Review prior shift pass down to prioritize actions needed to fulfil production requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinate daily staff meeting to discuss current production status, past issues and upcoming activities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Compile KPI data for daily management review.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor current running status and open issues throughout the day.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Train and develop Supervisors and manage the Performance Review process and their career development.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Review and/or complete end of shift report and distribute to manager and appropriate personnel.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate Scrap review meetings with Supervisors and support functions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in staff selection and recruitment process.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform Daily Operator efficiency reviews and provide root cause of any issues.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in LPA audits.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Audit and enforce 5S standards.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors level degree or equivalent work experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​3-5​ Minimum Years of Experience with Mechanical Industrial Engineering, Production Supervisory, or similar.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>​​3-5​ Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Computer literacy.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent oral communication skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Just in Time (JIT) environment experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficient organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
