We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of our testing strategy and raise the bar for quality across our entire product suite.</p>\n<p>You'll be a key player in shaping how we think about quality, working side by side with developers, product managers, and technical leads to build robust, automated testing solutions from the ground up. You will focus on testing the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Appointment Scheduling</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge Management</span> products at Engageware, playing a critical role in delivering seamless experiences to thousands of users.</p>\n<p>If you thrive in fast-paced agile environments, love turning complex systems into well-tested, dependable software, and want your work to have a real impact, this is the role for you.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">🌎 This role is open to LATAM-based candidates (Contractors)</span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><br></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for frontend and backend applications.</li>\n<li>Write and maintain test scenarios using Gherkin under BDD methodology.</li>\n<li>Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Behave, and Selenium.</li>\n<li>Execute functional, regression, and integration tests.</li>\n<li>Validate end-to-end flows at both the user interface (frontend) and services/API (backend) levels.</li>\n<li>Design and execute API tests using tools such as Postman.</li>\n<li>Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with development and product teams to define acceptance criteria and testing strategies.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and coverage.</li>\n<li>Integrate automated tests into development pipelines where applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Requirements</span></span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in test automation with Python.</li>\n<li>Experience in data validation and database testing (MySQL, Amazon Redshift).</li>\n<li>Experience using Behave for BDD-based testing and Gherkin.</li>\n<li>Experience in UI test automation with Selenium.</li>\n<li>Experience executing and automating functional tests, regression tests, integration tests, and end-to-end validation in web applications.</li>\n<li>Experience using Postman for API testing.</li>\n<li>Experience in bug management and task tracking using Jira.</li>\n<li>Experience working with version control using Git.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices.</li>\n<li>Experience designing test cases and automated test suites.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of AWS services is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving; you don't just find bugs, you understand why they happen and how to prevent them.</li>\n<li>A collaborative team player who balances autonomy with teamwork, you communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you bring a proactive mindset to every project you're part of.</li>\n<li>You thrive in agile environments and know how to manage competing priorities without losing focus on quality.
